New Mexico-based artist Max Lehmans Ancestral Androids at Hecho a Mano merges Pre-Columbian references with sci-fi, presenting vividly colored ceramic figures that imagine future archaeology and question how AI and archives will shape what endures. The exhibition includes works from 2026 such as The Aubergine Oracle from the City of Caracol and The Duchess of Digital Data, and remains on view through November 1 in Santa Fe.
